The Process

Inspired by the majesty of West Texas, Reeves County Hospital exterior went through many design options that expressed the enduring nature of its landscape. By placing the heavy concrete panels over the glazing, the building begins to float in the atmosphere mimicking the Davis Mountains as seen from a distance.
